On one side are the families at home, in Abidjan, Dakar, and the towns around them, who gather, cook, and hold the celebration in the real world.
On the other are the ones who left, in Paris, Montréal, and New York, who carry the family in their hearts and often carry it financially too, but can't always be in the room.
Tadda lives in the space between them. We turn a scattered group chat into one shared gift, so the distance becomes a detail instead of the whole story.
