Here is exactly what Tadda stores, and what it's for:

• tadda_theme — remembers your light or dark theme choice.
• tadda_locale — remembers whether you prefer French or English.
• Sign-in session — when you organise a gift, securely keeps your session active so you don't have to start over on every page.

Joining a gift or watching a film needs none of these sessions, those moments stay install-free and account-free.

We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies, no social-network pixels, and no third-party trackers. Nobody buys space to follow you on Tadda.

Because our cookies are essential to running the service, there is no profiling to opt out of and nothing that follows you elsewhere on the web.

You stay in control. Every browser lets you view, block, or clear cookies from its privacy or security settings.

One note: if you block essential cookies, some features, like staying signed in while you organise a gift, may stop working properly.
