Accessibility Statement

Tadda is built to be welcoming for everyone, on any phone. This page explains what we've put in place, where we're still improving, and how to tell us what isn't working.

Our commitment

A Tadda gift is made to be shared across whole families, every age, every device, and every ability. So accessibility isn't optional for us, it's a requirement.

We work continuously to make Tadda perceivable, operable, and understandable for as many people as possible.

The standard we aim for

We design Tadda around internationally recognised web accessibility best practices.

Our target conformance level is set out here: [accessibility conformance target].

What we've built in

Accessibility is considered from the start. In practice, that includes:

  • Careful colour contrast, in both light and dark themes.
  • Keyboard navigation and clear labels for screen readers.
  • A mobile-first layout that adapts to small screens, with no overflow.
  • Animations that respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
  • A single heading per page and a logical heading structure, so it's easy to navigate.

And because Tadda is bilingual, all of this exists in both French and English.

Known limitations

We improve continuously, and we'd rather be honest: some parts may not yet be perfectly accessible.

The known limitations we're working to fix will be listed here: [known accessibility limitations]. If you hit one, tell us.

How we assess accessibility

We combine automated checks, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and your feedback to find and fix barriers.

The date of our most recent assessment will appear here: [last accessibility review date].

Tell us what isn't working

Your feedback is the fastest way for us to improve. If any part of Tadda is hard for you to use, write to us:

By email at hello@tadda.app.

Describe what you were trying to do and the device you used, it helps us fix things quickly.

Getting help another way

You never need an account or an app to join a gift or watch one. If a step gets in your way, we can help you another way.

Contact us and we'll find a way that works for you, by message or by phone.
