A Tadda Moment is made from the real video messages you and your loved ones record. Cards can also include messages and photos. This page explains, transparently, how Moment videos become a film, and what AI does (and doesn't do).

Our principle is simple: your gift stays authentic, and anything enhanced is clearly labelled.

The heart of every film is your own media. We bring it together into a careful edit, with music and staging touches, to make one seamless gift.

We don't replace your memories: we present them at their best.

Some gifts use optional, AI-assisted enhancements to make everything look and feel good to watch, for example:

• Stabilising a shaky video or brightening a dark shot.
• Cleaning up audio or reducing background noise.
• Adding polished transitions and layout around your clips.

These touches are optional and exist to elevate your gift, never to distort it.

When a gift has enhancements, we say so. Films may carry a "made with Tadda" tag, and unfinished previews may show a watermark.

You'll never be left guessing about what was touched up: transparency is part of the gift.

We don't use AI to invent people, put words in anyone's mouth, or create events that never happened.

Everything that matters, the faces, the voices, the messages, comes from real people who chose to take part.

Your media is used to create your gift, full stop. We never use your content to train AI models, and we never sell it.

Your memories are yours, and they stay yours.

AI-assisted enhancements are optional. If you'd rather go without, or remove a contribution, that's always possible.

You, and the people you film, keep control of what appears in the final gift.
