A well-chosen track gives your gift its soul. Here's where the music in your film comes from and what you can add with complete peace of mind.

Our rule is simple: use only music from our licensed library, or a song you genuinely hold the rights to.

Tadda offers a library of tracks you can add to your gift with peace of mind. They're licensed to us by our partners: [music licensing partner(s)].

When you choose a track from our library, the licence to use it in your gift is already taken care of.

You can also upload your own music, a family song, a track that matters. During upload, we ask you to confirm that you hold the rights to it or are permitted to use it.

That confirmation matters: it helps us respect artists and keep Tadda safe for everyone.

When you upload your own music, you're responsible for the rights involved:

• Use only music you created, own, or are permitted to use.
• Don't upload protected commercial music without permission.

If you're unsure of your rights to a track, choose a title from our licensed library instead.

We respect the rights of music creators. If you're a rights holder and believe content uses your music without permission, let us know.

Write to us with the details, and we'll review quickly, removing the affected content if needed: hello@tadda.app.

Music licences can depend on the territory. Depending on the track, use may be limited to certain regions.
